Privacy notice
This notice covers fastxitsolution.fyi, operated by FASTX IT SOLUTION LTD, Unit A1289 Siu Office, 4-6 Greatorex Street, London, United Kingdom, E1 5NF. Contact: itsolutions@fastxitsolution.fyi. The owner must confirm that this text matches actual practice before relying on it.
What the forms collect
Name, email address, message, and optionally phone number, organisation and the services ticked. Callback requests include your preferred time inside the message. A hidden field catches automated spam and must stay empty. You must tick consent before sending.
How it is processed
Forms are sent to a script on this website’s hosting, which passes the message to the hosting provider’s mail system addressed to itsolutions@fastxitsolution.fyi. Your hosting and email providers therefore process the content. The script does not store message content in a database.
Rate limiting
To limit abuse, the script stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and the domain, with a counter, in a temporary server file outside the public website. It allows up to five attempts per fifteen minutes. Expired files are deleted when later requests are made.
How long data is kept
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry or service, and to meet legal obligations. No fixed period is stated here; the owner must confirm the actual retention policy.
Cookies and local storage
No analytics, advertising or other optional cookies or trackers are installed. When you choose in the cookie panel, the choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under fastx-consent-choice so the panel does not reappear. Unsent form text is held in session storage in your browser so it is not lost after an error; it is removed after a confirmed send or when the tab closes. Checklist ticks are not stored. If storage is blocked, the site still works.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask for access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, or object to its use. Email itsolutions@fastxitsolution.fyi. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
